- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary depending on the size and complexity of project requested. Once speaking to client and understanding what exactly is needed to be done, we will have a quote sent over for review and acceptance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing would be to check out the request and meet client for the first time. Once project is explained in further detail, we move on to recommendation on how project should be handled, what material will be needed, and who would be providing it based on the variation of what kind of project it is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At this time, with 7+ years of hands on experience, all training has been earned from each and every project delegated to our team.
