- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour. For people who live in very remote locations, we can discuss additional fees for travel and gas depending on the location. If you do not have any means of disposing of the cardboard/material on site, I am happy to discard it for you for an additional fee as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the general outline over text or email, set a time to discuss it over the phone, then have a quick run through of the project on location.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone you can trust and who you'd be comfortable with in your home.
