They responded right away. They said they would call in the morning and they did. He said he would be here in an hour, he took an hour and a half. He originally quoted me a price and when it came time to pay he argued me down that he didn’t say what he said. He fixed the door quickly and it works. And $300+ later, he tells me it’s temporary and it may break again the next time I open it. He was cocky, had an attitude and left my garage a mess.
