What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe I have the best prices in town! Along with some of the best work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will talk with the customer over phone and go over job details and if all works out will schedule a free estimate. I will then go and introduce myself and get my measurements. Customer will see my measurements on paper a long with what I’m charging base fee and what I’m charging for. No hidden fees!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing Seamless gutter since 2013 with lots of major companies
