Our work is outcome-focused; We look at the total return on investment for both the customer and myself. I am not a handyman who takes shortcuts; I do not charge by the hour, I charge by the job and outcome. I take my time to make sure the job is completed correctly, and I strive to ensure that the customer and I are happy with the outcome of the project. APMM Handyman Services has been in business for going on 14 years. Being in business for this long indicates that I am doing something right and that customers appreciate the services I provide and the results they expect and get in return from hiring me. I am honest and direct. I can be a bit of a perfectionist. I have managed the maintenance needs on 13 million in investment properties. I have completed projects exceeding $40k and as low as $150.
