- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I want to do with a new customer is hop on a phone call and figure out what they're looking for. Some customers have a very specific vision for what they're looking for, and it's my job to understand that vision by asking about it. Many other customers aren't sure what they want, so my job is to help them figure it out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from UNCW in 2018 with a BA in Film Studies (and a BFA in Creative Writing). More importantly, however, is that I have been doing hands-on work in media production since I was 11. Since then, I have had tons of experience with general photography and videography—producing, directing, and editing short films, feature films, commercials, weddings, real estate tours, educational videos, music videos, and even some graphic design.
