- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing, countless aspects come into play. The most important aspects of my rate consists of time, resources, continuing education, and materials. I greatly value personal time commitments, and my client’s time, this is why I offer discounts on purchased sessions of 3 or more, which allows my clients to save. Furthermore, I greatly support the gift of giving, and believe beneficial healing avenues should not be a financial burden, therefore I offer a financial sliding scale based on an individuals personal circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client communication is key. I love to touch base and schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation, this allows me to get to know my client better, answer any questions they may have, and also have a deeper understanding of what our objective is, the goal, and if I can humbly be of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve studied under several masters of Reiki, and completed extensive hours of clinical hours, I am a certified Reiki Master. My training has provided me a solid foundation of knowledge and experience to work with a diverse clientele base, in person, remotely, and with animals.
