- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wish it was as easy as giving a straight number across the board but unfortunately it is difficult for me to give a quote unless I have seen the house requesting to be cleaned. Every house and their needs differ greatly depending on the number of persons and animals living in the house. So to be fair to my clients, a walk through a house for a fair estimate would be best.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a master's level mental health counselor in social work field for 12 years. In January of 2013, I had a traumatic brain injury from a horrible car accident. Since then, I view life very differently. The stress of social work had a tremendous impact on my life and I did not realize how stressful the work was. I realized after the accident I wanted to enjoy the remainder of my life doing what makes me happy. What I love doing is being a mom most importantly. Secondly, even though it may sound silly, I love cleaning and the satisfaction it gives me to see the work I've completed.
