- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work efficiently and thoroughly! My rates are already discounted but I can try to honor and work within your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new customer, I typically inquire as to what particular services they are looking for in terms of house cleaning. I also inquire about the typical frequency of the desired cleaning, whether it's a deep clean, standard clean, or move in move out service. I ask them also if they would like me to use their products or my own. If a client has a particular request, I am happy to oblige if able.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the past with several cleaning services. These were of the commercial variety. I feel like I can better serve the customer by providing individualized one-on-one services. I enjoy house cleaning and I try to to convey that to my clients with my cheerful attitude and smile!
