- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a competitive rate via the national average for pressure washing and painting services. After seeing the job in person, I work with the customer's budget on the project and add/subtract fees based on the complexity of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If given the opportunity to personally see the job, I tend to go over with the customer my step by step process from start to finish. I give them a estimated timeframe on how many days for completion. After going over job details, I give the customer a written realtime quote before leaving the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 years experience in the coating field via marine, commercial and residential. (Newport News Shipbuilding and Clary's Home Sales). The Apprentice School - Newport News Shipbuilding: Graduate / Alumni Surface Preparation and Coating Department Hold three certifications within Coating Inspection and Quality Project Management. Societies which these certifications are held in are: National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) and Steel Structures Painting Council (SSPC). All certification serial #'s will be given out via request.
