- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take pride in that we maintain a lower than national aver price point. We are able to have some flexibility. Unfortunately, we have all felt the weight of inflation just like everyone else. I give my personal Guarantee to always scout the BEST product for the job, from Windows to Paint to Flooring for the BEST price possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat with new clients. I like for us to build an understanding. Everyone is different. Not everyone understands how things work in this field. I like to take the time to educate our clients on the process, products and sequence in which things take place. An educated client is (normally) a happy client.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in Wilmington back in 2001. As a Painter/Handyman. Over the years I worked hard to perfect my skills. Over time I expanded my skill set to include Kitchens, Bathroom, Granite Polishing, Cutting, Install. Windows and Doors as well as electrical and plumbing. I’ve personally in stalled over 410 Kitchens, over 200 bathrooms, and countless windows and doors.
