- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mowing prices are pretty standard but I usually like to take a look at any project before I start or give a quote/price so that I can give an accurate quote to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss the client's desired scope of work and what they would like to accomplish, provide a quote and if acceptable we complete the work in a timely and professional manner.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We updated a bed for a customer, where her dog had been digging. It only took about 3 hours to put rock and edging in two beds and the price was very budget friendly. It greatly increased the visual appeal of the property.
