- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are using insurance you would need to check your benefits by calling the number on the back of your card. You would ask if treatment is covered, if you have a deductible and what your copay is. There is a cash rate for those without insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is an intake packet that needs to be filled out before our appt., and I allow up to 90 min for the initial visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelors in Social Work from UNCW and my masters in Social Work from East Carolina. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS)
