Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Allied Restoration Specialist prides itself on keeping its clients informed and up-to-date about the mitigation and restoration process. We feel that a knowledgeable client is more likely to have a satisfying experience with a process that has the potential to be frustrating and time-consuming. Below is a description of what a homeowner can expect when working with the experienced team at Allied Restoration Specialist: If your loss requires any type of emergency services (water mitigation or board-up), you can expect a timely response from a highly skilled technician capable of securing and protecting your home and personal property from further damage. You can expect our emergency-response team to arrive within one hour of our receiving notification of your loss. After the initial crisis has passed, you can expect our expertly trained estimating team to work with you and your insurance company representative. You can expect a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work that will be done to ensure your home is returned to its pre-loss condition. We adhere to all current building codes and industry standards. Your project estimator will ensure that the estimate is agreed upon by all parties and is approved by your carrier before sending the project to our field personnel. When the initial estimate is agreed upon and approved, you will be assigned a project manager. You can expect an initial site inspection with your project manager to review the scope of work to be done in your home. Your project manager will provide you with a projected schedule for the tasks that will be done to your home all the way through completion. Your project manager will provide selections that will need to be made by you to ensure that you are always in control of the final product. These selections are needed to make sure that your project stays on schedule. Your project manager will maintain documentation of changes to the scope of work requested by you or required to properly complete your job. You can expect change orders and supplements to be approved by you or your insurance adjuster, prior to the work being done to eliminate any "hidden costs". When all repairs are completed, your project manager will have a final walk through with you to confirm that all repairs detailed in the insurance estimate are complete and satisfactory.
