Sonnet assisted in a room clean out before a surgery date. I was completely overwhelmed by the task and physically unable to accomplish the goal alone. Sonnet was a really hard worker going above and beyond, and the communication was delightful. It brought so much relief to know that I could go into surgery and recovery with my project accomplished.
Sonnet has been wonderful to work with and she was able to help with moving and organizing a lot of packages for our BnB property. She was very communicative and professional, and I would definitely work with her again!
After moving into a new two br Apt. that that the movers left me with the mess of the century, I took to thumbtack for help, and found Sonnet! In less then 8 hours she made it fully functional and efficient. A truly great Pro... thanks for everything you did.

I really wish I could give 10 ⭐️’s to Sonnet and Swell organizing. I literally referred to her as my “fairy godmother.” I was planning a move and decided I probably should hire an organizer to assist me since I was downsizing by about half.
She was an absolute miracle worker we packed my entire apartment in one day. That includes sorting through items that I wanted to keep, items that were trash and items to donate. Not only did this beautiful human pack all of my things, but she took away the donations for me, took away a box that needed to be shredded and got rid of the trash.
Two days later, when I was in my new apartment, Sonnet returned and while I was at work, unpacked my entire kitchen, my closet and my bathroom. It is organized beautifully.
I am now looking for reasons to use her services again because in addition to being so knowledgeable, kind, helpful efficient She is also just an incredible human, full of kindness and empathy and anything you could hope for-support wise- when handling something stressful like a very quick move.
In terms moving-related expenses, hiring Swell Organizing was BY FAR the best money I have ever spent. (I personally believe she should double her prices) I could talk about how impeccable her work quality was, her efficiency, how well she cared for & packed my items, the amazing amount of support and encouragement she provided me, and just in general what a kind beautiful human she is until the end of time.
But all you really need to know, is this: ANSOLUTELU HIRE HER! She is worrj every single penny. Plus, Who doesn’t need a fairy godmother?

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Swell Organizing, we offer competitive pricing. We have a set hourly rate of $70/hour/organizer which includes up to 30min of drive time. We have a 3-hour minimum booking requirement unless otherwise agreed upon. To ensure we can serve all our clients effectively, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. We always provide an estimate before we start. For ongoing clients, we offer a membership program with pre-scheduled organizing sessions at a discounted rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a free consultation, where we discuss your goals, needs, and vision for the space. From there, I create a customized plan and timeline that fits your schedule and priorities. Each project follows a step-by-step approach, ensuring you feel supported and involved as much a you'd like to be throughout the process. We’ll sort, declutter, and organize at a comfortable pace, setting up systems that are easy to maintain and tailored to your lifestyle. At the end of a project we'll spend some time talking about next steps and how to keep up with your space.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree from the University of California Santa Cruz in Community Studies and a background in real estate, coaching, sales management, client services, and fitness training which all play a crucial role in my work as a professional organizer. My on-the-ground experience includes extensive hands-on organizing, working with diverse clients, managing multiple estates and developing methods that blend functionality with personal style. I also keep up with industry best practices and organizing trends to provide clients with fresh, effective solutions.
