As a satisfied customer Damien went beyond the call of duty. He was the best trainer I've ever witnessed in all the gyms I've been to instead of just telling u how to do it and getting u to crack on with it . He got involved making sure you was doing the exercise properly and effectively . I manage to bulk up with in week and since I lost him to his career I've never been able to achieve the great results I did with having him push me and work with me . I've had other trainers since and I decided to give up on them since they just didn't have the get up and go personality as him . They have more been mirror work out trainers meaning they love them selfs more than they love their job Highly recommended and highly motivated trainer!

I could not have asked for a better first experience with a personal trainer. Damion was accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient. I can't begin to list all the adjectives to describe what a nice experience it was. I surely am not the typical gym goer and I do have some physical limitations. Damion was reassuring and considerate of my limitations, and found ways around them! I had several sessions with him before I had to stop because of a back injury(which had nothing to do with the training) . I certainly want to get back to it as soon as possible! Thanks Damion for going out of your way to make my personal training sessions a positive experience!!

As Damien's Co-worker, Damien is a very cool-headed, Centered and focused mentor. Damien would stop at nothing to ensure his team(Colleagues) were prepared for any task at hand. My experience with Damien is above the rest. Outstanding work ethic, mindset and attitude. When tested or tasked Damien will always rise to the occasion and perform to the fullest of his ability!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2008 I qualified from Bury college Manchester England with a national diploma in sports and fitness development, whilst at the college I was fortunate enough to also qualify in sports massage, nutrition and sports coaching. I always want to better myself so I decided to do a fitness Instructors course aswell as an advanced fitness Instructors course along with exercise to music and circuit training certificate's. In the near future I would love to complete an online holistic nutrition health coaching course delivered by the world's biggest nutrition school from new York. And lastly become a MELT instructor which focuses on rehydrating connective tissue and rebalancing the nervous system which helps all ages and abilities, people with active or sedentary lifestyles.
