Erica brings expertise, personality and fun to exercising. She leads and listens. I’ve personally benefited so much from our aerial yoga sessions which make sure I take some moments for myself during the week. My body and mind are thankful!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Rates will vary depending upon how often we meet, how long we meet, and the length of the contract we design.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First session, virtual or in person, will be spent discussing the clients goals, how we can achieve them, and what we will do when obstacles present themselves. During this time, we will also discuss medical history, including preexisting conditions, previous injuries, surgeries, and current condition.
