As a renter, I can confidently say that Aloha always takes care of my needs right away. Anytime I have put in a maintenance request, they are on top of it within hours. I think its very rare these days to find a property manager/landlord like that so if you are looking to rent, you cant go wrong here!

I cant recommend aloha enough. I recommended them to a family friend of mine, struggling to rent out a property in the Wilmington area. What I truly valued from christian and his team was that they went through the pros and cons of selling the property of holding onto the property of renting the property and in the end, helped my uncle make the right decision as to renting out the property to show the cash flow and now looking into selling the property at a higher market rate. I cant recommend these guys enough. !!!!
