- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing usually falls somewhere in the middle, but we only do the job with ALL the top quality materials and workmanship also including a 5 Star warranty through the manufacturer which is an expense. There is absolutely NO cutting corners and most of our work is inspected through a licensed roof inspector.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ( Tom Keehn ) the owner of Certified Contractors typically meets with the homeowner and the process takes about 30 minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS Degree through the University of Maryland, but I am also a Masters Elite Shingle Applicator through Certainteed and have my certification through the " Strengthen Your Roof Program" to offer hurricane proof roof systems through the NCJUA state insurance board.
