In addition to providing private yoga, meditation, energy work and personal training services, I have spent thousands of hours working with a physical therapist helping people who suffer from chronic pain, injuries, and other special needs. I will make yoga and exercise accessible to absolutely anyone who wishes to participate.

Adam is wonderful! He came to our beach house and did a yoga session on the sand with our whole family. He was very accommodating for different experience levels and we had a great time. And it was a great workout! Would definitely hire him again. Highly recommend!!

As far back as I can remember, I have suffered of constant pain and discomfort to my lower back, my neck, and shoulders. Due to my postural misalignments I kept hurting myself when I’d work out. Even going on a walk, I knew I’d wake up with severe back pain the following morning. This became so regular to me that I thought this was normal. I was referred to Adam and he gave me the information I needed to understand my condition. He explained why my hip was so tight, why one of my shoulders was higher than the other, how the way I was standing was throwing off my whole body’s balance,
and why I kept hurting myself. He developed a treatment plan designed specifically for me. I’ve been seeing him, twice a week, for corrective exercises for a little over one month. I already see so much progress in my posture and over all condition. I have continued to weight train and have not hurt myself. I am no longer in any type of pain during or after my workouts. He has helped me beyond words.

I have been taking yoga classes with Adam each week since January of this year and really appreciate his background training and knowledge of how yoga practice can treat and manage various aches and pains that can occur throughout the body from sitting too long, working at a desk, etc. Adam integrates poses with breathwork to create a calming yet challenging flow each class both for the mind and body. He tailors each class according to each yogi’s ability level and strength and offers various modifications along the way to those who may be just starting in yoga. I really appreciate how he encourages input and always asks each yogi at the beginning of class what they are interested in practicing that day or if they have any ailments or concerns they would like to focus on and then specifically designs that class according to our requests. I have never had a yoga instructor guide me through such a customized and personalized practice experience and appreciate this aspect so much. I always come away from class re-charged and excited for next class.

I had a reiki session with Adam and his quality of touch was very comforting. I felt very at ease and was able to get comfortable quickly. During the session I was able to let my mind wonder and it was one of the most amazing visual experiences I’ve ever had. I have a lot of pent up emotions from a long life and this session gave me a clear passage way of connecting my dots. Definitely recommend!
