Introduction: We are proficient at taking audio or a video file and typing what is heard onto a Word or Excel document or any platform that my clients require thus creating a written account of that audio file/video file. We are delivering excellent work in a timely manner to our clients. It is more important to us to type as close to error-free as possible, though we are all human and do make mistakes. We are striving for 100%-98% error-free files. We do proofreading of all the work before it is submitted. Also, we are capable of transcribing meeting minutes, interviews, focus groups, telephone conversations, voice mail messages, and more.
