My first time calling a septic tank since my wife and I moved into our new home and Creech Plumbing & Septic did an awesome job. They are polite and on time. They are also very helpful if something needs fixing. Highly recommend them and will definitely call them again in the future.

I was given a time range for their arrival and a text to tell me they were on their way. I appreciated the notifications. They repaired the floats for the pump, despite being unable to locate the breaker for the electrical supply. Neither the breaker box in the house or barn were labeled for the sewer pump! They even checked in the crawl space! They completed the repair in a timely manner, but I have to say I thought it was high priced, but Im not familiar with pricing practices in North Carolina as I relocated here about 2 years ago from a small town in Iowa. The workers were polite and kept me informed of their progress.

Arrived a little early but glad they were professional and friendly- got my tank pumped out quickly and quietly- nice guys and good service- I appreciated their service and was reasonably priced. Would recommend them
