I would definitely hire the home surgeons again. They did a wonderful job, were pleasant and friendly. They installed five ceiling fans in one light fixture for me. The price was reasonable, and the work was exception.

I hired “The Home Surgeon” yesterday. They provided excellent quality work in a timely manner. Fixed four holes in the wall (can’t even tell there was a hole!), rehung two towel racks, hung two bathroom mirrors, replaced bathroom sink, fixed 5 shutters, fixed outside paint, and repaired outside water hose spout in just under 6hrs! Once the job was finished, they even went the extra mile by cleaning their mess and organizing the surrounding area. I will definitely rehire again! Best quote I received around town for the job as well.

Recommend the home surgeon for plumbing and drywall without hesitation. I needed plumbing moved to accommodate a new vanity. Many plumbers would not do the job because of the difficulty. The home surgeon not only moved the plumbing but did the drywall repair afterwards completing the project to professional level. Won't hesitate to call again

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing because every job is different. Clients have different needs so I wouldn't apply a blanket pricing on everyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure I know as much as possible about the project to give an accurate estimate. What materials you use from start to finish is just as important the final picture. I prefer to meet in person, look at the space vs simply talking on the phone, especially for larger longer term projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years of hands on experience as a manager and main laborer as well as apprentice in different specialties.
