My pricing is based on an average hourly rate, which includes travel, tools, equipment and consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking with the customer about their project goal(s), scope of work, details, expectations, lead time, etc. is crucial. I always discuss the project before beginning work, as I believe that should be standard practice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 years as a Navy Nuclear Machinist Mate, 7 years as a Bridgestone Multi-craft Technician, several years spent in supervisory & project management roles with a BS in ME.
