Ms Joan I’m very sorry you feel that way about my service, however you stated on the app your property was under a 1000sq foot and it was stated by you that it was .90 of and acre once I arrived. So yes I made an adjustment of the fee by 35$ and then you added the 15$ tip which anybody know I couldn’t make you do that, furthermore if you was not satisfied with the up charge as we discussed you had every right and opportunity and free will to deny my service, also in my line of work tips are very appreciated but not recommended with working in the hot summer conditions, now let’s talk about the jungle of a yard that I had to encounter!!! The yard was over grown with roots everywhere, vines, falling trees, front yard had a bucket of trash that I gladly picked up for you,then I asked you for a trash can , you said you didn’t have one, so I had to Haul and dispose your trash for you, not to mention you live on the busiest street I ever seen having to weed eat your 200 ft ditch bank with constant speeding traffic is no joke!!! On the other hand I know I did a great job on your property despite the conditions sorry now you feel differently that I’m gone!!! Be blessed and I wish you well!! Young Beavers
