- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The accounting needs can vary from client to client. In most cases, we are able to give an estimated quote for tax return preparation after looking at prior year tax return and current year documents and for accounting services, we decide pricing after understanding the requirement. Give us a chance to work out the best possible solution for you and your business. We will make sure that we fit in your monthly budget !! We offer 3-month installment option at zero percent interest for payments above $750.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually ask clients to fill up a questionnaire that asks primarily about personal information and we also ask for a copy of a valid drivers license for identification purposes and copy of last filed tax return in case of income tax return preparation clients. First meeting (30 minutes) is free for new customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Public Accountant and have a Masters Degree in Business Administration. To offer bookkeeping services, I am a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. We are ready for you. Come along !!
