The repairs that Mr. Bradshaw done was excellent. I live in Virginia, and the repairs were for rental property in South Carolina. Mr. Bradshaw communicated with me via iPhone and we were able to pick out materials, review the contract, and monitor the work together. The bathroom floor was beautiful and the paint job was perfect. I will hired Mr. Bradshaw for future projects, and highly recommended him. He completed the work on time and provided good quality. He was honest, reasonable, and had great customer services skills.

Ian did a variety of work for me and I was more than pleased with his punctuality, array of tools he has for his company, perfectionist attitude and cleanliness of keeping my job-site free of trash and cleaning everyday before he left.
He tore out flooring, repaired all the bad areas, tiled and laminate the floors. Fixed plumbing issues. Trim work. Sistered beams for me in bad areas of flooring.
I can't say enough about his fair wages and professional attitude! Thank You IAN!!!

Mr. Ian built and installed custom cabinets in our garage. My husband and I couldn’t be more happier. He was professional and courteous, open for changes and very prompt. My cabinets look Amazing and I would recommend him to anyone.
Mr Ian went above and beyond when it came to making sure we were happy. He’s an Exception to most contractors I’ve worked with.

I try to keep my pricing as fair as possible, both for the customer AND myself
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll go meet up with my customer, take down the details, follow up with a written estimate, breaking down the costs of each piece of material. take a 50% deposit (or the cost of the materials, which ever is the greater) do the job and take the remaining balance on completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father taught me the basic skills, the rest I learned the hard way, by my self.
