The owner Kerry Price and his employee were so kind to me. They cleaned my oriental carpets which had been in storage for several years during my transition from moving into a new home. Kerry also stored the rugs so they could stay flat until I was ready to move and delivered them to my new home after the closing day. When I called ,texted, or emailed him he responded right back. He and his employee, Mike were trustworthy, kind, and very professional. When I do get everything moved from my father's house that I am leaving to go into my new home, I am going to have him clean his carpets too.

I always do my best to provide my clients with exceptional service as a realtor and from the minute I spoke to the owner I was impressed. Matthew came out to clean the carpets in a client's home today and he was not only on time but very personable and professional. Technician was on time and very friendly. Customer service was very good. All carpet stains were removed - great for most carpet cleaning needs. The service requires HOT water needed to be supplied at the home - since this is a rental - no HOT water was available. I did have one nasty pet room - paid 35.00 additional charge to have carpet treated for odor. There has been zero change in the pet odor - so would not recommend this up charge.

Very professional and amazing results. Cleaned my carpet for a fraction of the cost of others and it looks brand new. I will continue to use them in the future.
