This was an apartment that was EXTREMELY dirty. It looked as though the tenant had never cleaned. Lorie was able to clean over a period of time as it was very hot and there was no working air conditioning at the time. The unit was vacant and she had the key and was able to come and go as needed. Lorie cleaned as we discussed and was able to return the apt to to a rentable state-floor to ceiling-which was a huge task. I would call her again. As well, she was reasonably priced.

Walt did an excellent job for an excellent price! He cleaned and buffed our new VCT floors in our break room and lab areas. He got all the scuffs from moving off and meticulously applied multiple layers of wax. The floors look beautiful. We will definitely use Rocky Top again in the future!
