- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the market price of the part we are replacing. Sometimes we offer used parts at a discount!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead technician holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and the manager holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We replace more cracked screens on phones and laptops than any other type of repair! We are so skilled at it you won't even remember that it was ever broken. This means there won't be fingerprints or debris between the glass and LCD.
