    Stuart L. Teeter completed his undergraduate studies at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina before obtaining his Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University School of Law. In 1989, Attorney Stuart L. Teeter was admitted to the North Carolina Bar. Joshua T. Simmons completed his undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana before obtaining his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law. In 2007, Attorney Joshua T. Simmons was admitted to the Florida Bar. In 2008, he was admitted to the North Carolina Bar. He is also admitted to the Federal Middle District of North Carolina.
