Chelsa is an talented baker. We look forward fo treats from her shop every week. She and her co-workers are so sweet to my toddler whenever we come in! We especially love the French Macs, bourbon pound cake and the stout pretzel caramels are AMAZING.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    While our pricing is pretty simple, we do require specific lead times for certain item - For more than 24 French Macarons, we politely ask that you place an order at least three (3) days in advance. - A standard 8" or 6" layer cake requires at least 48 hours (2 days) notice. - Cake pops require at least 72 hours (3 days) notice for custom orders. - Anything with fondant or gum paste details requires at least 2 WEEKS notice. - Anything tiered or covered in fondant requires at least 3 WEEKS notice. - Weddings are typically booked 3-5 months in advance. To ensure your date is available, we suggest discussing your special day with us sooner rather than later.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Taste, ask questions and please, pretty please, be specific! We aren't mind readers so if the details aren't on the order form, they don't make it to the finished product. For example, you may think lemon buttercream is always yellow, but to us, buttercream is white unless you specify otherwise. Or, if you don't tell us you want those Cookies + Cream cake pops decorated with pink sugar, they'll be covered in crushed cookies. Be honest and the results will always be exceptional.
