- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are straight forward and able to give you an estimate based on how many sq feet you have and how much detail your wanting..It’s 35$ for the first time per hour per person...This includes all products except for Swifter Dusters if requested and paper towels.. We use Eco friendly products and always have exactly what we need. After the first time we can do it for 30$ per hour per person and if your wanting to get on the schedule and be monthly or bi weekly we can get down as low as 27$ per hour!! This is an incredible great deal for a top notch service!! Like is said in my earlier questions cheaper is not always better. We have competitive pay and benefits to ensure that our workers are happy and well compensated for their time with us ... this helps us ensure our girls stick with us and in turn give you the best services possible and the same beautiful faces come back time after time... I promise you don’t want someone in your home who is only making 7$ per hour!!!EKKKKKK
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This has changed some recently to maximize efficiently and streamline the whole process for my clients and staff. I love to start off with a phone conversation and figure out exactly what they are needing. Then I write up a detailed estimate and send everything talked about right to the customer while were on the phone. This estimate is then available for the client, myself and my teams to see everything and no details are lost!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in restaurant hospitality industry as a server and bar tender in my early twenties!! At the time I didn’t really think I was learning much, but now I know it was one of the best hands on customer service jobs that I could have ever had!! I learned everything I know about how to deal with all types of clients, customers, co-workers and everyone in between. I also learned the value of being able to move quickly and get things done in an efficient manner to maximize my customers positive experience.
