- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing system, but generally keep in mind the size of your house and how much time it will take me to carefully clean it to factor into my quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's pretty easy. I will call or email the customer to get any more specifics of the job, to schedule the cleaning, and to get their address. After this, just wait for the scheduled day of cleaning and I will show up at our appointment time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience cleaning my own home and learned from my mom, a woman who is known for her home's tidiness and cleanliness.
