First, I requested a last minute service on a Saturday. A Saturday! They had no problem fitting me in.
Next, my house was overwhelmingly messy. I have two small children and things just got away from me. I am planning on having family over next week and was going to do it myself but after I attempted to start Thursday evening it became clear that it was too far gone for me to be able to tackle it and keep my sanity. My anxiety and stress over it was high on Friday and I was quite frankly overwhelmed. I came on here on a whim and was ecstatic that they were able to fit us in.
Third, they CLEANED. I knew they were coming from a previous appointment and on a Saturday I was expecting a rush job but that did not happen. They came and stayed until the job was done. When I saw the house when they finished I felt so much relief and peace...it was like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders. No spot left untouched...everything was immaculate in a way that I would not have achieved on my own. The house smelled so good too! Not only that but they cleaned areas I wasn't even expecting that a previous service never touched.
Fourth... let's talk about value. I asked for a "deep clean" because it has been a few years since my house was professionally cleaned and what I do doesn't quite compare to a professional. Even then, I had gotten behind on my own personal schedule so I figured the labor and time would be more than "standard" so I expected to pay more. Still...they were at my house for FOUR HOURS and even cleaned the inside of the refrigerator and moved clutter aside (that I was not expecting them to). I was floored. It was worth every single penny.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them for all my cleaning needs in the future.
