FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a hourly rate and I offer it in 3 packages. I've worked in corporate gyms before and I wanted to make training affordable for people who are struggling with their body or needing to increase their athleticism. Since I own my facility I can offer the best prices in the area. 8 sessions @ $320 12 sessions @ $480 16 sessions @ $640
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone I talk with has a consultation first and discuss your goals and issues with your body. There is no one size fits all in training so the program is tailored to benefit you and how your body is made up and what works best for you. By the end of things you won't believe how far you've come in a short time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began in college as a Athletic training major and went on to obtain a degree in Psychology. Playing sports and training for so many years as well as getting trained by some local pros in the fitness industry gave me extensive knowledge of the body and how to problem solve to hit goals. Training is a physical process but it's more mental than anything and I make sure to change the mindset of my clients just as much as changing their body.
