- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very affordable and offer many discounts! Referral discounts will start back in up in 2021!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We message back and forth requests, questions, concerns. Set a time and date if we want to move forward- I receive a deposit for the session and we continue to discuss the session leading up to the day. I try and stay in communication as much as I can up to the day of the session. After we shoot, take rest of the payment session and I return your photos in a week or less!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years experience in the field in high stress situations- retail photography. During different times of the years we would get no breaks! this helped teach me how to move fast and efficient because kids don't care if you aren't ready for the shot, they kind of do what they want sometimes. I took many classes in high school and college as well.
