FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the complexity and scope of the project. I typically quote a flat project fee rather than hourly rates, ensuring clarity upfront. I require a signed agreement and a 50% deposit to begin work. I do not offer discounts or sliding scales, but I can create phased project plans for clients with limited budgets. Pricing covers direct project labor only; if printing, stock assets, or licensing are needed, those are billed separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing the project intake form and confirming the client's goals, target audience, and specifications. I then issue a formal project proposal and contract. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is received, I provide an initial concept draft. After client feedback, two rounds of revisions are included unless otherwise negotiated. Final files are delivered upon project approval and receipt of the final balance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a senior-level undergraduate education combined with technical certifications in User Experience (UX) and Digital Media. My training includes human-centered design principles, brand identity development, publication production, and visual communication for both digital and print media. I also have professional field experience in retail operations and asset protection, which sharpens my practical, detail-oriented approach to client needs.
