FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can get a great, premium epoxy floor that will fit most budgets. Most floors end up being around $6-$9 per square foot, specialty floors can range anywhere from $9 to 18 per square foot. Minor cracks are filled at no extra cost to you, however major cracks and coating removals will be an additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we confirm the square footage and type of floor desired, I will come up with a detailed work proposal. Once the proposal is accepted and signed by both parties, work will begin immediately upon receipt of a 50% material deposit. You can find copies of all important documents in the 'Warranty' page of my website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned the business from Mike Day, a well known concrete expert who has been installing epoxy floors for over three decades. I also take annual training to learn the latest epoxy styles and installations.
