We have a 10-step process: 1. Customer request an instant estimate or a roof inspection. 2. Inspection is performed an a detail report is provided. 3. Contractor generate repair and replacement estimates. 4. Customer reviews options available and signs contract. 5. Customer select and applies for financing. 6. Contractor collects downpayment, schedule installation and orders material. 7. Material is delivered and roof is repaired or replaced. 8. Contractor performs quality control inspection and fix erros if any. 9. Customer signs proof of project competition and pays balance. 10. Contractor delivers warranty certificate.
