Eric and the team at Dri-Wrx (but especially Eric) were very professional, personable, easy to reach by phone and text, arrived on schedule, and communicated clearly with me when more time was needed, etc. They tackled a really challenging job at my house--remediating for mold from my basement and ducts, covering all exposed rock and dirt, laying down a drain system, installing dehumidifier. It has smelled clean ever since and I feel confident with their work. The system they suggested was more comprehensive than the other two companies who bid the job and I do not regret that I chose to spend a little more to have more done. Eric has been a good resource for other moisture issues that have come up at my home as well.

Eric Hare was excellent to work with right from the start. He responded very quickly to my inquiry on Thumbtack. We set up a time to meet at my home and he was able to give me a quote on the spot. Eric also explained the process completely. From there, we schedule the work and his team was very impressive. I showed up to the site one day unannounced and they were working like crazy. Our job is now complete and we just got back into the house last night. Visually, I can see a major improvement and the same can be said for the overall feeling of the house.

My experience with this company was nothing but exceptional. I had a plumbing issue in the house that was causing mold in a crawl space under the house. Eric assessed the situation, gave me a fare price, and kept me updated every step of the way during the clean up process. He was always professional and courteous. Eric is amazing! I spoke with him over phone and explained my situation. He immediately stated he would take a look at my crawlspace and check the situation out for water/moisture damage and did just that within one day! He called me and gave me a very detailed explanation of what he thought of the whole situation along with various suggestions of these I could do. I believe that whatever I might need done in the future will be done using this company. Eric is a professional, friendly, person, and I really feel is out to benefit the customer first and foremost!

I always meet my customers in person,as a owner I pride in staying on the job from the beginning to the end!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always educating ourselves in Mold certifications, water , odor and any other classes that can better and further our knowledge in this industry . we are certified in all our fields and take it very seriously. We Hold Current certification in all areas.Our recent education has allowed us to take on foundation and water intrusion problems , fix and repair.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please be careful when you look for these services it can be costly and you can be over charged! Also you should make sure who ever you hire is certified in Mold Remediation and Insured. Not just the company but the technicians as well. Don't ever think you're issues are to expensive to repair give us a call first.
