Seth saved the day. He helped me with the setup of a wifi extender so I could actually get work done in my office. He also put files from an old computer on a handy hard drive. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is usually $80/hr however some of the postings here are only $60 because of the simplicity. Computer diagnostics
Data Recovery for a PC laptop or Desktop is $200.
Security Cameras are $150/camera interior and $200/camera outdoor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I must hear the story to know where you are coming from and what you want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of experience. In addition to fixing computers, I can setup a local network with routers, switches, and running cable with termination of ports. A+ Certified.
