Carolena added so much value to our bachelorette trip. The yoga session was centering, fun, and provided a good balance in activity and reflection. Carolena was so kind and very down to earth. We balanced, we fell, we laughed, all while breathed. We could not have had a better experience.

Carolina lead a morning yoga class during a corporate work function. It was a small intimate group. She was extremely responsive, asked in advanced about the group and our expectations. She was punctual, brought some extra mats, worked with us on the best location on the beach or the lawn to suit our needs. We gave her our expectations of having a more challenging class which she met. She was absolutely beautiful in her demeanor and connected with everyone during the class. There was some random bunnies hopping around, and the sun came up during this beautiful experience. It was great bonding time for my colleagues and a pure experience for all of us.

Carolena led three of my friends and I in a personal yoga class at our Airbnb while we were on vacation in Wilmington. She was easy to communicate with and designed the perfect yoga class for my friends and I. She was timely, brought mats for us, used her own music and created a restorative and joyful yoga experience! I would recommend her 10/10 and if I have another vacation in her area I hope I can have her host another class!

Carolena was an absolute delight! She led a group of 6 women though a relaxing and meditative yoga session on a gorgeous Saturday morning. We are all at different levels in our yoga practice and she seamlessly accommodated us in that way, in addition to a couple of injuries in the group. Will absolutely book with Carolena again when back in Napa!

Pricing depends on the group size and location of the class. I do offer discounts for ongoing clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication with clients is very important to me. I offer a free phone consultation to ensure that we are a good fit and to understand your goals prior to your first class.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 7 years of experience teaching and have my 200hr Registered Teacher Certification through Yoga Alliance.
