Introduction: After spending 11 successful years in the corporate world, Yoga has always been my friend through the hardest times. Now, I guide others through healing with yoga full time, and I have found my passion. All students need a catered approach on what they need and I enjoy teaching and guiding with this in mind. I’ve worked with all age ranges including those with lack of mobility range to beginners to advanced yoga practitioners. Yoga is a healing art and is supposed to be fun! I look forward to guiding you through your practice.

September was absolutely amazing! She was on time and set up quick and effectively. We had quite a bit of people to join our session, September provided more than enough mats and blocks. She catered to our needs and asked how we wanted our session to go and customized a routine that worked best with the group present. She was great! We quickly connected with her and she relaxed and challenged everyone in the group leaving us in good harmony after the session concluded!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve practiced yoga for over 5 years and am certified thru Yoga Alliance as an accredited Yoga teacher. I graduated With my 200YTT here in Winston-Salem at Wildlight Wellness!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with simple stretches and realized that incorporating mindfulness into the practice, called yoga, has made me a healthier person both physically and mentally.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I’ve enjoyed working with a client who had trouble turning his neck to see left and right while driving. After working with him through a gentle yoga practice, it gave him the ability to drive safely and have more mobility in his day to day life. Seeing clients progress in any manner sings to my heart.
