- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and fair, with no hidden fees. Most services fall between $120–$150 depending on the complexity and time involved. We offer bundled discounts for multiple devices and first-time customers receive a special $15 off their first repair or consultation. Home visits usually run about $40 for a simple diagnostics and $80 for complex diagnostics, e.g. Gaming computers, home networks. Initial minimum of $20 diagnostics are always required if you choose to move forward with a repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call or message to understand your issue and schedule a convenient time for a home or office visit. After an in-person diagnosis, we explain the problem in simple terms and offer clear repair options with pricing upfront. Most jobs are completed the same day, and we’ll follow up afterward to make sure everything’s still running smoothly. We also use a 1 month (30 day) guarantee on anything that was previously working fine, or we make sure to continue working on it until completion. After 30 days we make sure to offer a discounted rate, depending on the terms and/or if method of repair is the same the next time around.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has been been working in IT Computer Repairs for workstations for office work, gaming, at home, and casual use for almost a decade. I myself have 17+ years of hands-on experience in both residential and small business environments. While most of my skills are from years of real-world troubleshooting, I also stay current with the ongoing tech evolution of ever-changing tech environments in cybersecurity, device repair, and software diagnostics.
