2. High Performance Training Inc (Nationwide Speaker-ND, Bismark, Jamestown, Fargo)
"I am a former college football coach where I coached our athletes to give their best performances on every play. This resulted in our winning two conference championships. My programs make neural science fun and understandable and also includes best practices of elite performers. I teach people how to focus, how to influence what they pay attention to and how to create habits that will instinctively generate the actions necessary to reach their goals.
There is a core of personal accountability and I'm known as "The Accountability Guy". I certainly build a case for the importance of taking responsibility and being the source versus going victim and blaming. I customize for every group and when hired I will ask about your goals, your systems and metrics, your KPI's, your daily activities and then your obstacles. I incorporate this into the presentation.
This is an entertaining, high energy and fun presentation with immediately useful and relevant content. I can customize to any amount of time.
I am the only speaker who presents like I do. No one else has the background that I have. I've worked with Nobel Prize winner Roger Sperry while I was a head football and wrestling coach at Cal Tech in Pasadena, CA. I had the opportunity to refine and simplify these techniques with Steve Mariucci, fellow assistant coach while at Cal State Fullerton. Steve is a former head coach for the San Francisco 49'ers and Detroit Lions and is now a broadcaster. I don't emphasize this unless you want me to. I also coached an Olympic Gold Medal winner in Greco Roman Wrestling, Jeff Blatnick, who won the gold in the 1984 Olympics.
My program is so unique that even the most seasoned pro in the audience who has heard them all has not heard what I present or the way it is presented. The audience is laughing throughout the entire presentation and I’ve been told that I make science sexy! It’s very simplified and adds a very high level of credibility to the experience.
I never know who is in the audience and what the personal challenges are that they are experiencing right now. I never know who’s life might change because they have heard me speak. That’s another reason why I don’t focus on my fee."
