- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the hour for smaller projects. Our hourly rate can vary from $95-$125 the 1st hour and $75-$95 for additional hours. For larger projects, we provide a thorough estimate with a $10-$150 fee. This fee is waived when we schedule and proceed with the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the project is predictable, the customer can book through Thumbtack for the project to be done. Then, we reach out to the customer for additional information. For other projects, the customer can book through Thumbtack to schedule the on site estimate. Which is then followed up with a call for additional information and questions regarding the project.
