- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take pride in upfront and easy flat rates. Most homes that we clean are charged $125. It is for up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our first visit covers most surfaces and general housekeeping, each visit we start deep cleaning certain areas such as interior cabinets and appliances. Larger homes are $7 per extra bedroom, $14 for bathrooms after 2nd one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we receive your inquiry, with your address we can estimate a rate for you very quickly. We will get some feedback from you to determine a schedule and plan. Invoices are emailed to you and payment is due after service completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working professionals with experience in all sizes and types of households, we come from a background of housekeeping in high end hotels.
