- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First getting a little familiar over the phone when they are ready to call. Also finding small details about the job they want done at the same time displaying my knowledge of the trade. I'll set up at time to take a look at it and meet face to face so they know who's working in there house. At that time I'll take measurements and give a accurate quote on the spot. If hired we set up a time of installation and on the scheduled date and time the job will get done.
