- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer personalized coaching programs based on what your goals are and what type of support will be most beneficial to you. Contact me to schedule a complimentary discovery session so that we can determine what would be the best fit for you, and I can then share all of the pricing information with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer complimentary Discovery Sessions to individuals who are interested in learning more about health coaching. During this session, I will help you get clear on your health and weight loss goals and uncover what has been getting in the way of achieving them. If it seems like one of my programs would be a good fit for you, I will share information with you about what it would look like to work together and what the investment will be. In my experience, clients achieve the best results when we work together for approximately three months. During this time, we will meet for weekly coaching sessions so that I can guide you through the process of making changes in a step-by-step system. I will also provide accountability and troubleshoot any obstacles that may come up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I initially received a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and taught Math and English for 5 years. I then earned a Master's degree in Counseling and worked as a School Counselor for 9 years. Finally, I became a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach and founded my business, Christina Johnson Wellness.
